A graduate of Bastyr University, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Health Sciences and a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture.  I hold a post-graduate certification in Chinese Herbal Medicine. I am nationally certified as a Diplomate in Acupuncture and licensed as a Practitioner of Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine in the state of Washington.

I am a seasoned practitioner with 20+ years in private practice & study, while continuing the deep work of my own healing journey. A lover of learning, I’ve enjoyed exploring many spiritual practices, psycho-emotional approaches, esoteric teachings and alternative systems for human development, health and healing. 

I am regularly engaged in furthering my education as an Acupuncture Specialist and Chinese Herbalist. As a weaver of many of the ancestral traditions across the globe, I have followed spiritual insight and the wisdom of my heart to receive additional trainings in Sufi Healing Practices, Prophetic & Shamanic Medicine, Kundalini Yoga, Sound Healing, Somatic-Psychotherapy and Classical Hellenistic Astrology.

In a session, Traditional Chinese Medicine is the foundation that I stand on. I will intuitively pull from elements of other traditions depending on the needs of my client. I have extensive experience treating everything from anxiety & depression to digestive & hormonal issues to chronic & acute pain in the body. My clients appreciate the benefits they’ve received from my heart-centered presence, deep body of wisdom, dedication and thorough yet diverse approach.
